عقدت جامعة طنطا اجتماعاً موسعاً للسادة مديري المراكز والوحدات بالجامعة برئاسة الأستاذ الدكتور محمود سليم، نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة
، وبحضور الأستاذ الدكتور محمد إبراهيم، القائم بعمل عميد كلية الحقوق، والأستاذ الدكتور عاطف نوير، المنسق العام للمراكز والوحدات، إلى جانب لفيف من مديري المراكز الرئيسية والوحدات ذات الطابع الخاص بكليات الجامعة. 
وبحضور ممثل عن #هيئة_البريد_المصري بالغربية استهل الاجتماع بعرض تقديمي من هيئة البريد المصري حول آفاق التعاون والخدمات اللوجستية المتاحة للجامعة، أعقبه عرض قدمه الأستاذ الدكتور محمود سليم حول نموذج العمل (Business Model) المبتكر لتطوير القطاع، بالإضافة إلى استعراض توصيات اللجنة المختصة بمتابعة الأداء المالي والتحليل المقارن لإيرادات الربع الأول للعام المالي #businessgrowth #Dr_Mahmoud_Selim 2025-2026 مقارنة بالعام السابق

كما شهد الاجتماع عرض تقديميا من السيدة ا.د هاجر علم الدين مدير المركز الرئيسي للمراكز والوحدات الاقتصادية عن الاداء المالي للمراكز الاقتصادية خلال الربع الاول للعام المالي2025-2026 
و قام السيد ا.د علاء حلويش مدير المركز الرئيسي للتدريب المستدام بتقديم عرضا تقديميا عن الاداء المالي للمراكز التدريبية خلال نفس الربع ومقارنته بالعام الماضي
وأكد الأستاذ الدكتور محمود سليم أن تطبيق منظومات التحول الرقمي والحوكمة المالية والإدارية يمثل حجرا الأساس في تحسين المخرجات الاستراتيجية والتنفيذية لمحاور عمل قطاع خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة-جامعة طنطا ، مشيراً إلى أن هذه الأنظمة الرقمية تضمن أعلى مستويات الشفافية والدقة في رصد وتحليل الأداء الفني والمالي للمراكز التدريبية والوحدات الاقتصادية التي تسهم في تعظيم الموارد الذاتية للجامعة

Under the directives of Professor Dr. Mohamed Hussein, President of Tanta University,
Professor Dr. Mahmoud Selim discusses financial performance and institutional cooperation in an expanded meeting of center and unit directors
Tanta University held an expanded meeting for the directors of the university’s centers and units, chaired by Professor Dr. Mahmoud Selim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and attended by Professor Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Law, and Professor Dr. Atef Nweir, General Coordinator of Centers and Units, along with a number of directors of main centers and special-nature units across the university’s faculties.
With the presence of a representative from the Egyptian Postal Authority in Gharbia Governorate, the meeting began with a presentation by the Egyptian Postal Authority on prospects for cooperation and the logistical services available to the university. This was followed by a presentation by Professor Dr. Mahmoud Selim on an innovative Business Model for sector development, in addition to a review of the recommendations of the committee responsible for monitoring financial performance and a comparative analysis of revenues for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2025–2026 compared with the previous year.
The meeting also featured a presentation by Professor Dr. Hager Al-Din, Director of the Main Center for Economic Centers and Units, on the financial performance of the economic centers during the first quarter of the fiscal year 2025–2026.
Additionally, Professor Dr. Alaa Helwish, Director of the Main Center for Sustainable Training, delivered a presentation on the financial performance of the training centers during the same quarter and its comparison with the previous year.
Professor Dr. Mahmoud Selim emphasized that implementing digital transformation systems and financial and administrative governance represents a cornerstone in improving strategic and executive outcomes across the Community Service and Environmental Development sector. He noted that these digital systems ensure the highest levels of transparency and accuracy in monitoring and analyzing the technical and financial performance of training centers and economic units that contribute to maximizing the university’s self-generated resources.
